Next in our series of Studio Pow Wow workshops is planning for your art business’ success in 2019. This Studio Pow Wow will be on
Sunday, December 16th 2018 at 2pm EST
There will be a recording if you can’t make it live, but being there live is definitely part of the fun and will drive you to actually implement things while we’re in the workshop. We’ll go over an effective process for planning out a whole year of business activities. Our discussion will include:
o how to look at the big picture of a whole year without losing the little picture of the day-to-day
o types of activities you could do to sell more art next year
o how to make your daily efforts contribute to your big yearly goals
o using seasonality to schedule most effectively
o evaluating what has promise to do well for you in 2019
o making a plan to make money every month
o how to keep yourself motivated without external support
o how to make sure your business doesn’t take over important events in your personal life
And there will be a few worksheets and pauses in the learning to actually implement some of the planning as we go along. We’ll hang out together while you ask questions, get my feedback on what you’ve planned, and get crystal clear on your 2019 strategies.
We’ll be together for about 2 hours and I’ll pack as much into that time as possible. If you’re doing the work alongside me on the call, you’ll walk away with strong goals and key marketing and sales strategies laid out on your yearly calendar. You might even have time to start fleshing out your day-to-day tasks, but either way you’ll definitely know HOW to set the daily tasks based on your goals and strategies.
Artists are saying:
“You made me realize how blindly I’ve been working in the past, no wonder I lose focus and steam half-way through the year. … I am now feeling far more focused, confident and excited about the possibilities for 2018. Thank You!” – L.L.
“You make it MUCH more easy than other business advisers. I have participated in so many webinars and courses and either they were too long or they were too detailed….. no actions was taken….. THANKS again.” – A.W.
“I really enjoyed your first Studio Pow Wow although I had to step out when the Q&A part had started. So glad to have the recording! I absolutely love your enthusiasm and your energy! Please continue with offering us these great sessions with you!” – V.K.
I can’t wait to see you at the pow wow!
